Last updated June 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, client area, and services provided by Claudpod Web Services ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide domain registration, web hosting, billing, and related infrastructure services. Specific features, limits, and pricing are described on our website and in your order confirmation. We may update service offerings from time to time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address and phone number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Send spam, malware, phishing content, or abusive traffic.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.
- Host content that is illegal, fraudulent, or materially harmful.
We may suspend or terminate services that violate this policy, with notice where reasonably practicable.
4. Billing and renewals
- Fees are charged in advance according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
- Recurring services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Taxes, registry fees, and third-party charges may apply where required by law.
- Refunds, if any, are handled according to the refund policy shown at the time of purchase.
5. Domains and WHOIS data
Domain registrations are subject to registry and registrar policies. You must provide accurate registrant contact details. Failure to maintain valid contact information may result in suspension or loss of a domain name.
6. Availability and support
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect access. Support is provided through the channels listed in your client area.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
